UNITED STATES — While R. Kelly has been ousted as a sex cult headmaster/domestic violence abuser, it appears that one family is speaking out and helping others do the same.
NOT AN 800 NUMBER
From ex-girlfriend Kitti Jones to ex-wife Andrea Kelly, one thing appears to be the common factor: Robert Sylvester Kelly allegedly doesn’t shy away from domestic abuse — and reportedly, sexual abuse either.
Now, it appears that the parents of one of his victims — Joycelyn Savage — Timothy and Jonjelyn, have started a hotline dedicated to survivors of whom have had the misfortune of encountering R. Kelly’s particular brand of sexual prowess.
“An R Kelly abuse hotline has been created to help women who ever experienced domestic violence or a criminal encounter by #rkelly,” a source mentions via Instagram. “Please leave a message at 678-744-3185 if you have been violated, had an underage encounter, or contracted an std by @rkelly.”

Over 80 Alleged Victims
The source says Joycelyn’s mother screens the calls to filter out pranks, as well as calls from R. Kelly fans.
As it concerns their real callers, in a phone interview with Mic., Jonjelyn mentioned as follows.
“One reason I feel that he’s been getting away with a lot of the allegations for the last two decades is because people feel he has money and power and they don’t have the resources to fight him.”
According to Timothy, one of R. Kelly’s alleged victims who phoned in to their hotline — Faith Rodgers — says she filed a complaint against Robert Kelly for abuse and infecting her with herpes. The story was actually covered by CBS News.
“She was afraid to go to her parents and we treated her like she was our own daughter,” Timothy told the source. “We told her, ‘Go to the doctor, get tested and then once the test comes back, if you need us to help you talk to your parents, we will.'”
Nevertheless, according to Salvage’s parents, they believe Joycelyn’s being held against her will. However, as seen from Joycelyn’s interview with TMZ, she says she’s not being held against her will.
NOTE: But, was that particular interview coerced? If you take a look at the last few seconds of the interview, after being asked her current location, you see a shadow waving back and forth across Joycelyn’s shirt, as if someone off-camera is signaling, “No, don’t answer.” That’s when she dismisses the question and refuses to comment.
Actually, according to 105.1 The Bounce, she was seen just a few months ago shopping with R. Kelly in a Chicago mall. However, the source says she didn’t seem “held against her will” during that time either.
Interestingly enough, the same source — in another report — says R. Kelly’s lawyer is ready to drop his case, possibly foreseeing its outcome.
With all this in mind, what are your thoughts about it? Do you believe she’s “brainwashed” or being threatened to corroborate Kelly’s defense? Or is she telling the truth? If you have any comments, feel free to share them via our Facebook page.
