While Jeff Sessions yet recovers from Sen. Kamala Harris’ grilling, lobbyists who attended his “Russian” dinners have come forth with testimonies of their own.
WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA — Jeff Sessions might have thought he was in the clear after Kamala Harris was repeatedly interrupted during her examination.

As a former prosecutor, she knew how to push Sessions’ buttons and make him sweat — unlike all others who questioned him prior to her inquiry.
Sessions knew he could beat around the bush with everyone else. However, with Harris, he was a stuttering, stumbling rabbit being cornered by a lioness.
Well, according to Guardian, there were two dinners that “lobbyists with Russian interests” attended. And guess who hosted them!
According to the source, none other than Jeff Sessions, himself!

The source says that Richard Burt has represented Russian interests in Washington. And, regarding Sessions’ testimony, he had this to say.
“I did attend two dinners with groups of former Republican foreign policy officials and Senator Sessions.”
Burt notes that his first contact with Sessions came when he “advised then candidate Trump on his first major foreign policy speech.”

Politico also reports that Burt “had been invited to two dinners that were hosted by Sessions last summer, at the height of the presidential campaign.”
Reportedly, Sessions invited Richard Burt to the dinner to discuss “national security and foreign policy.”
Really, how could this possibly be so forgotten? Sure, Jeff Sessions is old. But, he’s not suffering from Alzheimer’s…at least not yet anyway.

Maybe Sessions could use a dose of Gingko Biloba to help his memory? Because right now, it’s in the pits.
All in all, what do you think about it? Do you think Richard Burt can back his statements with proof? Let’s hope so, right? Feel free to share your comments via our Facebook page.
