A Wisconsin father and his girlfriend have been charged after a 5-year-old boy was found with a .20 blood alcohol level while hospitalized.
History Of Abuse:
Tyriese Howard, 25, and his live-in girlfriend Breya Allen,23, were all dressed in orange as they stood before a judge on Friday. The couple is facing serious child abuse allegations for 2 of the 3 children that live with them in their apartment. Albuquerque police became informed about the abuse after a 5 year-old boy showed up at a local hospital with a .20 blood alcohol level. Now, it is not clear how the child arrived to the hospital. However, according to Crime Watch Daily, the boy revealed to medical officials that himself, along with his 2 other siblings, were being abused by his father and his “mom”. In addition to admitting that he is abused regularly, medical staff discovered dozens of injuries on his body from head to toe.

While Howard and Allen once told their children that “snitches get stitches”, the 5 year-old boy decided to speak up about the cruel and unfair treatment he and his siblings, ages 6 and 3, endured. For starters, the reason why the 5 year-old boy had a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit is because he drank mouth wash.
Often times, the child was subjected to drinking toilet water or mouth wash due to extreme thirst. His mom, as it appears that Allen is not the children’s biological mother, would constantly give his siblings, along with himself, extreme beatings with household items as well as she would choke them in fits of anger. Allen would attack them with coat hangers, spatulas, shoes and multiple other objects. They would even get choked or punched in the face during the ‘whoopins’. Doctors told police that they found scars all over the little boy which showed he’d been abused his entire life, Kob4 reports.
Whenever the mom would get upset, she would grab the kids from one arm, and like, drag them, one neighbor said

The Children, Youth and Families Department could only confirm that the boy and a sibling are now staying with a foster family, but would not confirm if CYFD case workers have ever been called out to the family home for reports of abuse.
After Allen and Howard appeared before a judge on Friday, the judge agreed on $50,000 cash or surety bonds for the two because of their lack of prior criminal records. Interestingly enough, Albuquerque police said they have been called out to the apartment seven times over the past three years. Police say among the calls they responded to at the apartment were reports of disturbances, noise and a custody dispute.
