Alleged Prostitute Steals Off-Duty Officer’s Car, Claims He Hired Her For Threesome

Posted On : 10/05/2018

NEW YORK, NEW YORK — An officer stopped at a local ATM to get change for some “strange.” Instead, he only ended up stranded and in a situation with the department.

NOPE! HE AIN’T GETTING IT

According to New York Post, early Tuesday, 20-year-old Taquanna Lawton was in route with 38-year-old off-duty NYPD officer Ali Sheppard, when he decided to stop at an ATM for a little cash — possibly enough to cover his “expenses” for the intended evening.

Lawton, as notes the source, says Sheppard hired her and another woman to engage in a threesome with him. However, while at their brief pit stop, Sheppard left his Jeep Wrangler running — the women still in the vehicle and his department-issued Smith & Wesson on the seat.

Seems he’s also an off-duty genius too, right?

Suddenly, Sheppard notices his Jeep burning out of the parking lot, leaving him behind. According to Lawton, as reports the source, the other woman took off with the officer’s ride.

However, according to the source, Lawton — also known as “Unique” — is the only person who has mentioned another woman in the story. The source says the woman told authorities that this other person split the scene upon them ditching the vehicle.

Reportedly, authorities found Lawton in Far Rockaway on the same afternoon of the earlier incident. Yet, there was no gun in the vehicle upon inspection. Accordingly, Lawton claims to know nothing about the officer’s weapon.

AND MORE DETAILS

As it turns out, Lawton is allegedly pregnant. Instead of being booked at the 75th Precinct — where she reportedly refused to be fingerprinted — she was taken to the Brooklyn Hospital Center “due to pregnancy,” as notes the source.

The source adds that there’s no detailed information regarding her pregnancy. Yet: “How pregnant can she have actually been if she was planning on a ménage a trois?” the police source questioned.

For now, it seems that Lawton is also facing grand larceny charges on top of possible grand theft.

And as for the off-duty officer, New York Post states that he’s been suspended and is under investigation. The source says he may face charges as well.

A department spokesperson told the source: “I think at the end of the day, it would probably be patronizing a prostitute.”

Honestly, “prostitutes” aside, why would you ever get out of your car and leave two people you don’t know inside — while it’s running, and while you have your gun perfectly available in their reach?

“Getting off” isn’t important enough to risk your life due to carelessness. Ali Sheppard simply made consecutive bad decisions regarding this situation.
